It all started with a simple desire
In 1965, Fidgenio didn't open a restaurant. He opened his table. The idea was simple: cook for others the way you cook for family — no fuss, no pretense. Just dishes that hold up, a room where people linger, and guests who come back because they feel at home here.
The name is his. That says it all: behind every plate, there's a person, not a concept. To this day, the house runs on that same idea. We're not trying to impress. We're trying to delight — and to see you again next week.

We watch every dish until the very last moment. No timer making decisions for us — it's the eye and the nose that have the final say.
Foundations made here
Stocks, sauces, pastry: we start from scratch at every service. Nothing from a packet, nothing reheated without good reason.
A short menu, held to standard
We'd rather master ten dishes inside out than rush through thirty. Everything on our menu, we can do with our eyes closed.
